Students are to note the following rules about Scholarship and financial Aids
All scholarships and aids are granted subject to satisfactory conduct and deligent studies.
Students cannot have their Scholarships renewed in the next higher class, unless they have appeared at the Annual Exam. and have secured at least 50% of marks in the same exam.
Scholarship may be withdrawn at any time if the progress or conduct of the Scholar is unsatisfactory.
No student receiving scholarship shall be permitted to hold any other scholarship provided by the Govt. without special sanction of the D.H.E., Odisha.
Absence without leave obtained from the Principal for any period not exceeding 30 days at a stretch will entail loss of scholarship.
Absence without leave for more than 30 days at a stretch will entail forfeiture of Scholarships.
