All the day scholars of the college shall be the members of the
association.
The aims and objects of the association are to take activities that foster
spirit of fellowship and co-operation among all the day scholars of the
College.
There shall be a Vice-President of the D.S.A. nominated by the Principal
from among the members of the staff.
The Vice-President of the D.S.A. shall preside over all meetings of the
association except the annual meeting.
There shall be a Secretary and an Assistant Secretary elected from
among the students of the college.
The Secretary with the approval of the Vice-President shall organise
all the functions of the association and shall be in charge of the
minutes and correspondence.
In the absence of the Secretary the Assistant Secretary shall act
as the Secretary. The Assistant Secretary must be a student of (+3)
1st year class or (+3) 2nd year class.
There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of (i) The Vice-President
(ii) The Secretary (iii) The Assistant Secretary (iv) Class representatives
(v) From each class one lady class representative.
The fund of the association shall be under the control of the Principal.
The Executive Committee will draw up a budget in the beginning of the
session and submit the same to the Principal for approval.
The Principal shall be the final authority in all matters relating to the
association.
