The name of the Association shall be "The Narsinghpur College Dramatic
Association".
The aims and objects of the Association are :
To encourage the cultivation of dramatic art among the members by
arranging dramatic performances.
To promote cultural activities like dance and music.
To administer the fund that may be available for the achievement of
the aims and ideals of the association.
The committee of management shall consist of :
Principal : Ex-office, President.
Vice-President and Associate Vice-President to be nominated by the
Principal from among the staff.
Secretary and Assistant Secretary.
One representative from each class and faculty.
One lady representative.
The committee of management shall decide and fix the date and nature of performance to be staged and shall submit statement of accounts in the Annual general body meeting.
The Secretary shall convene meeting, and keep records of proceedings of these meetings and he/she is also responsible for keeping up to date accounts.
The Assistant Secretary shall belong to the (+3) 1st year class or (+3) 2nd years class. He will assist the Secretary in discharge of his duties & in his absence shall perform all his functions.
The Principal may, alter, amend or abrogate any of the rules at his discretion.
